Very secure. Our site is fenced and accessible only through an electronic security gate. The site has day/night cameras and is monitored by CCTV. There is a boom gate for traffic control 24/7 and a cantilever gate which is only accessible with your unique gate code. All of our storage units are well-built and individually secured with steel doors and lockboxes for your padlock. Clients can use their own padlocks or purchase one in our office.

No. You provide the padlock for your unit, and only you have the key. No one else will have access to your items.

Our storage facility is open to tenants 24 hours a day 7 days a week. So you’ll be free to store and retrieve your stored boats, vehicle or other items at any time of the day or night. Your unique gate code will give you access to the Park.

You can store an almost limitless number of different items in your self storage container. However, in the interests of safety, we ask that you do not store food or perishable goods, living plants or creatures (including humans), any flammable liquids or combustible materials, weapons, explosives (including fireworks), chemicals, radioactive materials, toxic waste, asbestos, biological agents or any other dangerous materials. Also no odorous goods, compressed gases or any illegal items.

Although we do our utmost to keep your stored goods and vehicles safe and secure, we do advise that you insure your items for added peace of mind. Please check with your household insurer as some policies include cover for stored items. Insurance for your contents is the your responsibility. Insurance companies will be delighted you have your vans and vehicles in a secure facility, rather than out the front of your house or on the street.

Our storage containers are sturdy, clean, dry, weatherproof and pest-free to ensure that your stored items are kept in good condition. In most cases storage Containers & Units have an additional roof to reduce ambient temperatures and keep the contents dry. Talk to our team for hints and tips to pack your unit and belongings in ways that provide an extra level of protection from condensation while in storage. Our easy sign up process makes it simple to book and pay for your unit. We encourage you to set up a monthly payment from your bank account. If you would prefer to pay by credit card, this can be done in the office or by phone. Please speak to our team to work out what works best for you.

You’re free to cancel your storage unit at any time. Simply get in touch with our friendly team. 14 days noticed prior to moving out is required for your Security Deposit refund.
