Almost anything! You can store a wide variety of items and vehicles here at the Park. However, for safety and legal reasons, there are a few things we can’t allow. Some examples include:
- Food or perishable goods
- Living plants or creatures (including humans)
- Flammable liquids or combustible materials
- Weapons, explosives (including fireworks)
- Chemicals, radioactive materials, or toxic waste
- E-bikes, scooters, or anything with lithium batteries (unless properly managed)
- Asbestos, biological agents, or any other dangerous materials
- Odorous goods, compressed gases, or illegal items

While we take every step to ensure the safety of your belongings with top-notch security, we recommend insuring your items for added peace of mind. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your goods while they are in storage. Insurance for your items is your responsibility, so it’s a good idea to check with your household or vehicle insurer, as some policies may offer coverage for stored goods. In the unlikely event of a Force Majeure, we will make every effort to minimize any disruptions to your items at the park.
Yes, your belongings are safe! Our storage units and containers are sturdy, clean, dry, weatherproof, and pest-free, ensuring everything stays in excellent condition. Most of our units and containers also have additional roofing to help reduce heat fluctuations and keep things dry.
If you’re storing vehicles like a caravan, boat, car, or similar on an open site, we recommend covering them with a breathable, weatherproof cover to protect them from UV rays, dust, cobwebs, rain, and other outdoor elements. Please note that we have a limited number of undercover sites available, which also offer additional protection.

Payments can be made via autopay, bank transfer, online, phone, or in person with credit card or cash (no change given). Please speak to our team to work out what works best for you.
You’re free to cancel your storage space at any time. We require fourteen (14) days’ written notice for the FULL refund of the Security Deposit (as long as there has been no damage done to the property nor any monies owing on your account).
Absolutely! Our Park, located next to a beautiful national park, is home to many business owners who store with us. Whether you need extra space for stock, archives, or equipment, our storage units and containers are perfect for business use. Just keep in mind that we don’t allow any work to be done onsite. Feel free to reach out to our friendly team to discuss your specific needs.
We don’t allow major projects like external repairs, renovations, rebuilds, sanding, or any additions due to safety and environmental concerns. However, smaller tasks like basic repairs, maintenance, cleaning, or changing a tire are totally fine—as long as they don’t affect other vehicles or cause any damage to the Park or wildlife.
Yes, of course! We’d be happy to give you a tour of the Park before you commit. The sign-up process is super easy—you can fill out the form online at the office, or if you prefer, we can send you a link to your mobile/email so you can complete it from home!
