No. You provide the padlock for your unit, and only you have the key. No one else will have access to your items.
You can store an almost limitless number of different items in your self storage container. However, in the interests of safety, we ask that you do not store food or perishable goods, living plants or creatures (including humans), any flammable liquids or combustible materials, weapons, explosives (including fireworks), chemicals, radioactive materials, toxic waste, asbestos, biological agents or any other dangerous materials. Also no odorous goods, compressed gases or any illegal items.

Although we do our utmost to keep your stored goods and vehicles safe and secure, we do advise that you insure your items for added peace of mind. Please check with your household insurer as some policies include cover for stored items. Insurance for your contents is the your responsibility. Insurance companies will be delighted you have your vans and vehicles in a secure facility, rather than out the front of your house or on the street.
